Book illustration I made for a Polish book publisher.

It will be a part of an illustrated Polish regional Legends book.

This one was a lot of fun. The Legend told the tale of a big demon fish haunting and eating people in the swamp.
I wanted to do something dynamic and scary with this piece, luckily the client thought the same and chose the first sketch. The piece needed to be more 'friendly' hence I didn't go full on my usual dark and twisted route. However, I still think it gives off the right feeling.
